The publication context

A source notice concerns a particular publication moment. We distinguish a publication event from the current state of a claim. Dates and jurisdictions belong beside the statement, not hidden in a footnote that readers never reach.

A timing problem

Reading the present notice backwards can distort what earlier readers encountered. A useful context note distinguishes when a page was published, when it was checked and where its statement applies. These fields should travel with the article when it is summarized. A globally accessible website does not create a globally applicable claim.

Record the boundary

Distinguish the notice date, access date and historical question. Keep the question, the source reference and the remaining limitation together so that a later reader can reconstruct the reasoning. This article is an editorial documentation exercise; it does not report a physical device test or assign a product score.

Publisher statement

The current FOGER domain notice is a publisher statement. This publication has not independently audited the corporate or dispute history described there.

Record boundary

This article belongs to our public-source documentation collection. It does not certify a device, provide personal product advice or report physical measurements.
