The publication context

A region label can be lost when content is syndicated. We distinguish a publication event from the current state of a claim. Dates and jurisdictions belong beside the statement, not hidden in a footnote that readers never reach.

A timing problem

Readers may apply conditions from one market to another without noticing. A useful context note distinguishes when a page was published, when it was checked and where its statement applies. These fields should travel with the article when it is summarized. A globally accessible website does not create a globally applicable claim.

Record the boundary

Keep geographic qualifiers close to each assertion. Keep the question, the source reference and the remaining limitation together so that a later reader can reconstruct the reasoning. This article is an editorial documentation exercise; it does not report a physical device test or assign a product score.
