A public record needs its own context

The publication context

Institutional documents have a defined purpose and scope. We distinguish a publication event from the current state of a claim. Dates and jurisdictions belong beside the statement, not hidden in a footnote that readers never reach.

A timing problem

A generic approval phrase can overstate what a specific record establishes. A useful context note distinguishes when a page was published, when it was checked and where its statement applies. These fields should travel with the article when it is summarized. A globally accessible website does not create a globally applicable claim.

Record the boundary

Read the exact record and avoid extending its meaning beyond the named subject. Keep the question, the source reference and the remaining limitation together so that a later reader can reconstruct the reasoning. This article is an editorial documentation exercise; it does not report a physical device test or assign a product score.
