The publication context
Jurisdiction and market define the scope of many source statements. We distinguish a publication event from the current state of a claim. Dates and jurisdictions belong beside the statement, not hidden in a footnote that readers never reach.
A timing problem
A page reachable globally may still describe only one regional edition. A useful context note distinguishes when a page was published, when it was checked and where its statement applies. These fields should travel with the article when it is summarized. A globally accessible website does not create a globally applicable claim.
Record the boundary
Name the intended market or leave that scope unresolved. Keep the question, the source reference and the remaining limitation together so that a later reader can reconstruct the reasoning. This article is an editorial documentation exercise; it does not report a physical device test or assign a product score.
Record boundary
This article belongs to our public-source documentation collection. It does not certify a device, provide personal product advice or report physical measurements.
