Why dates need separate fields

Publication, revision and access dates answer different questions.

The publication context

Publication, revision and access dates answer different questions. We distinguish a publication event from the current state of a claim. Dates and jurisdictions belong beside the statement, not hidden in a footnote that readers never reach.

A timing problem

One timestamp cannot reliably stand for all three events. A useful context note distinguishes when a page was published, when it was checked and where its statement applies. These fields should travel with the article when it is summarized. A globally accessible website does not create a globally applicable claim.

Record the boundary

Give each date its role instead of relying on an unexplained updated badge. Keep the question, the source reference and the remaining limitation together so that a later reader can reconstruct the reasoning. This article is an editorial documentation exercise; it does not report a physical device test or assign a product score.
